Refund policy
Unfortunately, there are NO returns or refunds at the moment. All sales are final.
Customers may request the same products to be sent out free of charge only if for any reason the product was severely damaged due to shipping. We will be eager to resolve this for you as quick as possible, but you as the customer must contact us within 2 days of receiving the damaged/faulty product in package.
Example: If the package was received on a Friday, the customer must contact BGB by end of day (11:59pm PDT) Sunday to be eligible to go through a replacement review.
Therefore we ask that the customer email us within those 2 days at Baygirlbeautycs@gmail.com to start the review/reshipment process. Images of damaged products will be required and are recommended to be sent in your first email to speed up the process and be reviewed.
ALL products will be shipped in appropriate and secure packaging to avoid these situations as much as possible, but we all know unforeseeable things out of Baygirl Beauty's control do occur.
We want it to be a priority that our customers have the best experience shopping with us.
